3) Worst thing you can do for your weight is eat while watching the TV. Don’t eat while watching television. You can become so engrossed in your program that don’t realize how much you are eating. 19) Whatever you do, try to turn it into an exercise. For example - when you`re putting on your shoes, try balancing on one foot.

Most of us think that in order to lose weight we have to starve ourselves. We think, if we eat less, we have less calories to burn...But, I am about to prove you wrong and show you how you can lose 15 pounds WITHOUT Eating Less. This is a method that really worked for me! And the best part about this method is that during this whole time, I felt great, energized and up beat.
Here is the thing, when we have the extra weight we become desperate so we jump on every single "diet plan" that is advertised to us. Please for a second, forget about the plans and lets think about what is needed for us to lose that extra weight.

Who says you have to spend 2 hours in the gym in order to lose the weight? Who says you have to eat the food you DO not like, in order to lose the weight... And drink couple of gallons of water in order to lose weight? Well bunch of ads you have seen, and many different "weight loss plans"!
Know this! I managed to lose that extra weight, (those extra 15 pounds) in 30 days or less, with spending time on activities I enjoyed, eating the food I enjoyed, (never feeling hungry PLUS eating 5-6 times per day) and I would drink coffee, green tea and of course plenty of water.

And for the record, I did try many different weight loss plans, and even though some worked, I would gain the weight back very quickly after I dropped it!
Now, I hit the Internet searching for what it really helps you lose weight, and one thing was clear... it`s Faster metabolism... That is the reason they say - exercise, eat healthy and drink water. All those ingredients help you speed up your metabolism.
BUT.... But... But... Nobody said you had to do what you dislike. Did they? If you do not like gym, why spend time there? If you do not like jogging, why jog?
So, during that research I created my own plan! What I called "Fun Workout"
My Secrets of the Fun Workout
On a piece of paper I put down 5 "body" activities I LOVED to do!
For me, those were: walking, dancing, hiking, bike riding and gardening!
While this might not seem like a workout, it really is. I love all of these activities and I schedule them in 5 times per week.
- For walking I have a friend I cannot see all the time, and we walk once a week. We catch up on our life happenings.
- For dancing, I have couple of cool "up beat" DVD's and sometimes we have a girls night out, and we go dancing.
- Hiking is one of my favorites, but for many years my kids were small and I could not do it. Now that my son is bigger we go hiking often as he is super active, and this really helps him calm done.
- Luckily we have a very good route which is almost 20 miles long and once a week I go biking.
- And for gardening, I love it, and once a week I spend time in my garden. While it may seem that this is not an exercise, did you know that you can burn over 500 calories by simply raking leaves!
- And since exercise requires you to drink water, drinking water is not a problem.
Now... Let's talk about foods!
What really is going to surprise you is, that in order for me to lose 15 pounds, I did not starve myself. NO, I actually ate 5-6 times per day. But of course, not full plate meals! They were more small portions and only including the foods that speed up the metabolism.
I did not give up a lot. I did not eat unhealthy snacks often, but I did eat a little chips here and there. And for the rest of the food, it consisted of everything I liked! Chicken, potatoes, eggs, salads, cheese, bread, soups, fruits, and so forth. I even had desert but I have to admit, not every day. And a lot of the foods I did eat, were targeting faster metabolism burning.
I am a living proof that you can lose 15 pounds in 30 days. While some "experts" have told me, that this is not healthy, I felt that it was. I've never felt better, and I am enjoying my life! So select plan you enjoy in order to lose 15 pounds or what ever weight you want and stick to it!
